Detox Juice is very popular these days, and I often make it at home myself. Let me show you how easy is, so you can make it yourself too!
While there are numerous recipes for detox juice that may require boiling or cooking ingredients, I find this one to be the simplest and easiest.
Detox Juice Ingredients
Apple
Carrot
Cabbage
Banana
That's it! These are common ingredients you can easily find in your kitchen.
Detox Juice Recipe
Start by cutting each ingredient into small pieces to ensure they blend well.
Next, add the apples and bananas to the blender and blend them until they turn into juice.
Then, add the cabbage and carrot pieces. While blending, you can adjust the consistency by adding some water according to your preference.
Sometimes I have it thick, more like a fruit-veggie-soup. Other times, I have it quite watery and just drink it up.
Variation Tips
Basically, you can add anything to it.
For example, When I have leftover Capsicum from the previous night's cooking, I add that to the juice.
This morning, I had some strawberries, so I added two of them, and it turned out delicious!
Other times, if have an orange, I squeeze its juice and add it instead of the water.
You can get creative and experiment with different fruits and veggies too!

My New Healthy Habit
Instead of snacking on junk food, these days when I go out, I carry two bottles in my backpack: One for water and the other for detox juice! When I feel low on energy, I take a sip of the juice, and when I feel thirsty, I drink water. This way, it keeps me away from unnecessary snacking, especially junk food, while also helping me stay healthy and save money.
I hope you try making it yourself and enjoy the detox juice! Thank you!
